Classes Cancelled Until Further Notice

Following the Prime minister’s announcement last night ALL our classes will be cancelled until further notice. All 6 week passes will be frozen from today or refunds can be arranged. If you have made payments for this weeks classes, you will be refunded.

We are now working on new ways of helping you workout and stay fit and healthy during these difficult times.
